Strength? Stretch? Aerobic? Though it has one set of movements, the Universal Form is designed to be done in different ways.
You can tailor it to your needs: get yourself a good stretch, fire up a dynamic tension exercise for strength, or go on and develop some of that qi energy you’ve been hearing about.
