Important: always keep your back straight and aligned as in yoga. You can put a soft pillow under the bag to muffle the sounds so your landlord does not complain.
You mean that ideal crane 4 exercise is to stand in horse stance and then practice ?

Do it consistently but don't injure yourself because you are breaking blood vessels in your hand. Chinese use herbal linament but since you don't have it, it is important to rub your hands after training to circulate your blood and chi.
I will remeber this.

Somethings we say are a bit provocative because we want to go beyond the popular understanding of martial arts. Martial arts is much deeper (after all Bodhidharma was from India, right?) We welcome your thoughts on our posts.
I read them, not regularly though, but I have decided to comment only after ruminating over them. Your posts keep my Kung-Fu thinking creative and alive. They look provocative but I think being natural, being true to yourself, being what you really are and being direct and practical in that approach is always considered provocative by our social system. Its the sad truth of life. And yes, Bodhidhrama was from South India, I don't know much about South-India as I belong to Punjab ( in Notrth-India) and both North and South cultures are very different. I am not sure but I guess Bodhidharma was actually a Prince.
