As someone who’s had minor health complications from too much stress, I’ll be looking forward to your wisdom. However, I think you did a more than admirable job of covering the topic of stress in ‘The Universal Form’ book, at a time before it was mainstream.
And, yes, I do the Universal Form every morning. It’s great!

You’re most welcome, it’s my pleasure to do it! In the morning I do the ‘iron wire’ method with tension for fitness, and to get me clear and balanced for the coming day. But I do very often practice the softer, relaxed method in the afternoon’s after work to decompress.
I found The Universal Form book in a shop in LA’s Chinatown nine or ten years ago, and I’ve been a fan ever since my first reading. I purchased multiple copies of ‘The Universal Form’ DVD on Amazon for family members, and I have the tandao site link on my MySpace profile urging everyone to come visit you.
