Thank you for the name Ted Lo as composer. I can't find any contact info on him (he's in NYC, I believe). The reason I am trying to reach him is I would like to know if there is any way to get a copy just of the music. I am a saxophonist/flutist in L.A. and always really loved the music.

Thanks!

I thought the opening scene was taken from a movie where a guy in white fights a guy in black. What movie was that from?

Great video, very enjoyable. Like you said the info is still valuable, and the campyness just adds a layer of entertainment.

These videos are among, if not the first, commercial martial art videos ever made. They were also expensive to make: shot on 35 mm film and transferred to video. There were no camcorders in those days! We're glad that you can appreciate them all these years later.

Aside from being a little dated, these videos are actually quite informative.

I didn't realize how many decent tutorials there were back in the day, I always figured they were more shrouded in mystery before Youtube.

Now I know better L)
