Mind Like Water
Bravo! Eric Passoja’s “Mind Like Water (Mushin)” expresses the spirit of the Evolving Martial Artist: the warrior’s skill, the scholar’s insights and the monk’s wisdom. In Japanese “mind like water” is “mizu no kokoro” and “mushin” means “no mindedness.” Two different concepts, though one in spirit. That aside, this is truly brilliant. See it.

Thanks for the mention.
Your description of Mushin really helped add to the video.
Probably the best self-defense video I’ve seen.
That was brilliant. It showed the many options, and how none of them were wrong, yet one was better. There is always something unforeseen, and when it comes to life or death the most important thing is to stay alive. Analyze, be aware, and always practice. Those really are important things to being an evolving martial artist.
